Order
When you order products on www.luduka.dk, please note that the agreement is not considered final until you receive an order confirmation from luduka.dk. The order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided.
Payment
Payment can be made in two ways:
1. with Dankort/VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard and MobilePay. Payment will only be debited from your account when the item is shipped.
2. by bank transfer within 8 days. The invoice will be sent by email when the item has been shipped. The invoice must then be paid within 8 days.
All amounts are in DKK, Danish kroner.
The items are elected for VAT.
Luduka uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your information cannot be read.
Levering
Luduka delivers your purchased items as soon as they are in stock.
Some products are not put into production until the order has been received.
Delivery costs depend on the product and delivery method.

NOTE. By special agreement, it is possible to have certain products delivered directly from the manufacturer, which saves time for the buyer. In this option, the buyer is required to examine the product for defects and errors, and point this out to Luduka as soon as the product is recieved.
Rights of complaint
A 2-year right of complaint is granted according to the Danish Sales Act.
Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing.
The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect operation of the product.
Luduka will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

Refund
If a refund has been agreed, please send us your bank details so that we can transfer the agreed amount.
Right of complaint
You have a 14-day full right of return for goods purchased in our Webshop.
The period is calculated from the day you receive the order.
You must bear the return costs yourself. Cancellation must be reported to Luduka no later than 14 days after purchase, and from the time the cancellation is approved, you must return the shipment no later than 14 days after.
The notification must be given by email to info@luduka.dk.
In the notification, you must clearly inform us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Condition of the item when you return it
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item that is caused by handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, properties and functioning of the item.
In other words – you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store. If the item has been tried in addition to what is described above, we consider it used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only receive a part or none of the purchase price back, depending on the commercial value of the item. To receive the full purchase price back, you must do the same as you can in a physical store. You may try the item, but not actually use it.
